New Year's Eve gala dinner at La Caravella

An exclusive New Year’s Eve is waiting for you at La Caravella restaurant: a unique location where you can taste the menu realized by our Chef, which alternates fish and meat dishes, with a 8 course-menu that will delight your palate. And…after dinner the traditional midnight toast will wait for you to celebrate the new year. 

Dinner will take place in La Caravella historical room.

Foie gras bon bon, apple puree, sea urchins and caper powder 

White celery risotto, oysters and chopped real shrimp

Good-luck lentils soup, porcini wild-mushrooms julienned and black truffle

 

Steamed sturgeon with special pesto of algae and pistachios

Pear and grappa sorbet

Beef tournedos with Amarone wine, artichokes and herbs flavored potatoes

And before New Year's Eve… Dinner at ‘Il Cortile’ room

 

On December, 31,  the restaurant La Caravella proposes an unmissable dinner with a 4-course à la carte menu; you can choose among some traditional dishes, such as Classic thin noodles with spider crab and Sea-bass fillets with pine-nuts, fried leeks and fresh basil. And for meat lovers, our chef suggests veal fillet with herbs, veal carpaccio and the Ravioli stuffed with beef stew. The dinner will take place from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.; after dinner you can reach easily Saint Mark’s square and enjoy the enchanting fireworks show.
