Does Hotel Saturnia & International overlook the Grand Canal?

No, it overlooks a small canal called Rio delle Veste. The 'water gate' of the hotel, for the traditional access via water, opens onto this channel. The main facade overlooks the spacious Calle Larga XXII Marzo.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can access your room as of 3:00 pm. You will be asked for a valid ID upon check-in. Check-out is prior to 12:00 pm

 

How large are the rooms?

The hotel has double rooms whose surface area vary from 12 to 30 sq.m., depending on the type.

 

Is the hotel equipped with a lift?

The Saturnia has 3 lifts, which ensure our guests a fast access to all the hotel areas. 

 

Who owns Hotel Saturnia & International?

The hotel has belonged to the Serandrei family since 1908.

How do you use the telephone in the room?

All you need to do is press zero to make any type of call, even international.

 

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:30 a.m.. In the event of planned departures before this time, all you need to do is let our staff know and we will serve your breakfast earlier.

 

How can I make a reservation at a restaurant?

Our hotel staff is at your disposal: we will be happy to make a reservation for you anywhere.

 

I am coming to Venice by car, do you have a car park?

In Venice you can go by car only until Piazzale Roma ( Venice car terminal), as automobile traffic is not allowed in the city centre. In Piazzale Roma there are a few garages, but we suggest Autorimessa Comunale or Garage San Marco. For both of them it is possible to reserve a place, which we strongly recommend. For the San Marco Garage we have a small reduction, depending on the season. Ask for the coupon upon departure.
