Venice Exhibitions - Lucio Fontana, Venice, New York  - Spatialism

Back together 40 years after their creation and display in the New York exhibition are two precious and practically hitherto-unshown series of works by the Italian master of Spatialism : The Venice Paintings cycle, shown for the first time in 1961 at the Martha Jackson Gallery, and the New York cycle of works in metal produced upon the artist's return to Italy based on sketches he had made during his trip to the big metropolis.
